Aanchal started this business in 2019 while working as a Pharmacovigilance Scientist Manager for a U.S Based Company, Parexel. The business gained so much popularity & fame in a couple of months that people started requesting (instead forced) for the trainings on handcasting. She left her job in June-2021 & started with Online & Offline Workshops during the same time & was the first one to setup her own Handcasting Studio in India. Only after 10 months (in Aug-2022), the business shifted to the Nexus Elante Mall, Chandigarh (one of the biggest malls in India). Over this period of time, she has built a compelling and strong all-woman team of 13 people that has delivered joy and happiness to more than 13000+ families from 18 different countries! She has also trained more than 1075+ participants from around the world from age group 19 – 65, most of them were women out of which plenty of them started their own venture in India & abroad. In Mar-2023, N&F opened yet another store in Chandigarh with a sprawling 900 sq ft area with a mission to take N&F to new heights!
